Wirasat ki taqseem in Pakistan

Pakistan main islamic law k mutabik taseem ka formula yahan diya jata hy. Ap b apni wirasat ki taqseem is formula sy kar saktay hain.

Sab sy pahly widow yani bewa ka hisa nikala jata hy jo kay olad na hony ki sorat main 1/4 aur olad honay ki sorat main 1/8 hota hy.
For example: Agar total rupees 800000 hain to bewa widow ka hisa olad na hony ki sorat main 800000/4=200000 ho ga aur olad honay ki sorat main 800000/8=100000 hota hy.

Isi tarah agar total zameen ka b nikala ja sakta hy.

Is hisa kay nikalnay kay bad jo total bach jahy os ko olad pr taqseem karin. Yeni 800000-100000=700000 ko taqseem karain q k olad hy wala formula use hoa hy.

Olad ka hisa

Batay ko beti sy double hisa milta hy i.e 2:1.

Agar 1 beta aur 1 beti ho to hisa.
2+1=3
oper 2 betay k liyay use hoa hy aur one beti kay liyay.

Betay ka hisa 2/3*(total Rs or total zameen)=?
Beti ka hisa 1/3*(total Rs or total zameen)=?

Agar 2 betay aur 1 beti ho to hisa.
2+2+1=5

Betay ka hisa 2/5*(total Rs or total zameen)=?
Beti ka hisa 1/5*(total Rs or total zameen)=?

Agar 2 betay aur 2 betian hon to hisa.
2+2+1+1=6

Betay ka hisa 2/6*(total Rs or total zameen)=?
Beti ka hisa 1/6*(total Rs or total zameen)=?

Jitnay betay hon utni bar 2 + karain aur beti kay liya one + karain
Betay ka hisa 2/Total say aur Beti ka hisa 1/Total ko Rupees ya zameen ka sath multiply kar k hisay nikaly ja saktay hain. Yeh hisay bewa widow ka hisa minus karnay kay bad nikalay jatay hain.
