In land measurements the land is divided into different figures of geometry or blocks then these blocks given the name of khewat. khewat is the main block which is further divided into many small blocks the small blocks are represented by a number which is called as khasra number. so the khasra number is the number which represent a piece of land that belongs to a particular person.
